Free And Frugal has been online since May 16, 2000. We started out on a free server as Kiezers Freebies, but felt the need to move on to servers that gave us more options.
Our mission is to bring you great deals, free offers, and a safe place for you and your family to browse for great content.
We donate half of the profits from this site to charity and Christian causes. Income for this site is generated from affiliate programs, and sites that pay to have there links included in our directory or in our E-zines (news letters).
We appreciate feed back from our site visitors and news letter subscribers. You can contact us at any time to let us now how you feel about the site, changes that you feel would contribute to the site, or just because you want to let us know about some thing.
At any time you feel convenient you may submit your articles, poems, stories, prayer suggestions, or recipes. Article's, poem's, and stories are accepted manually. Recipes and prayer suggestions are submitted through a script, but are manually approved before being posted. You may include a bit about your self or your web site when making a submission. Please note all web sites will be checked before being posted and will be remove if our guide lines are not followed. Those guidelines can be read by clicking here. Rules for having your site included are expected to be followed even though you are not paying to have you site added.
